Client: Cambio Labs, an education nonprofit focused on training and cultivating young entrepreneurs from underprivileged communities.
Challenge: Cambio designed an incredible gamified online learning platform, which they use for all their programs. But the language on the webpage was unclear, and the information hierarchy was hard to follow.
Solution: I put myself in the shoes of someone brand new to the site (which wasn’t difficult to do, since I was new to the site), and asked questions about the platform. I compiled all the info I could about the platform from the website and stakeholders, and distilled it down to the most important elements.
